This User Agreement is a legally binding agreement between us and you, and also regulates the use of the Website. Please read the provisions below carefully before using the Website. The fact of using the Website in any way (both intentional and unintentional) is recognized as your full and unconditional consent to use the Website on the terms set forth below. If you do not agree with any provisions of the User Agreement, you may refuse to use the Website.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.2. User Agreement — this User Agreement.
1.3. Website — the website ai-model.pro/us on the Internet. The copyright holder of the Website is Individual Entrepreneur Sokolova Kristina Grigorievna
1.4. User - any person who has access to the Website via the Internet, has visited the Website and/or uses its functionality. In the text, we also refer to the User as “you”, “your” and so on by analogy.

2. General Provisions
 2.1. This User Agreement regulates the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Sokolova Kristina Grigorievna and the Users of the Website, and also establishes the conditions under which the User can access and use the Website of Individual Entrepreneur Sokolova Kristina Grigorievna and the offered functionality.
              2.2. Users of the Website may use the Website only within the rights and in the ways provided for by this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
              2.3. 4.         Intellectual Property
              4.1.         Individual Entrepreneur Sokolova Kristina Grigorievna has the exclusive right to the Website, its functionality, as well as to all materials posted on the Website, and/or has the permission of the copyright holder to use such materials on the Website and/or uses them in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

                                4.3.7. Violate the rules for using the Site set forth in this User Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability
              5.1. Individual Entrepreneur Sokolova Kristina Grigorievna takes all reasonable measures and carries out any appropriate actions aimed at maintaining the operability of the Site. Individual Entrepreneur Sokolova Kristina Grigorievna warns the User that by continuing to use the Site, the User accepts and understands the possibility of technical malfunctions and failures in the operation of the Site and agrees that Individual Entrepreneur Sokolova Kristina Grigorievna does not have the technical ability to predict their occurrence, notify about them in advance, or completely exclude the possibility of their occurrence. The occurrence of such malfunctions or failures, regardless of the reasons and consequences, cannot be a basis for applying liability measures to Individual Entrepreneur Sokolova Kristina Grigorievna.

              5.3. The User is responsible for configuring their information systems and computer programs to access the Site. The User must use their own antivirus software.
              5.4. Individual Entrepreneur Kristina Grigorievna Sokolova expects the User to use the Site in good faith and does everything possible for its comfortable use. However, Individual Entrepreneur Kristina Grigorievna Sokolova is not liable to Users for: (1) any loss of profit (incurred directly or indirectly); (2) any loss of goodwill; (3) any lost opportunity; (4) any loss of data incurred by the User; or (5) any indirect or consequential losses that the User may incur; (6) any losses or damages that the User may incur as a result of using the Site.
              5.5. Any dispute of the User with a third party as a result of using the Site, including, for example, but not limited to, any telecommunications operator, copyright holder, or other users, shall be resolved directly between the User and such third parties. The User irrevocably releases Individual Entrepreneur Kristina Grigorievna Sokolova and its partners from any claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of any kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of and related to such disputes.
              5.6. The User is solely responsible for any possible negative consequences of any interactions on the Site and the use of information/materials obtained as a result of using the Site.

6. Other terms
              6.1.         Effect of the User Agreement. From the moment of starting to use the Site and/or filling out the feedback form on the Site, the User accepts the terms of this User Agreement (acceptance). Acceptance of this User Agreement creates a contract (Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) on the terms of the offer. This User Agreement comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the User and remains valid until its termination.
              6.2. This User Agreement may be amended by Individual Entrepreneur Kristina Grigorievna Sokolova without any special notice. The new version of the User Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the User Agreement.
              6.3. This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. For all matters not regulated by this User Agreement, the parties shall be guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
              6.4.         Termination. The User Agreement may be terminated by agreement of the Parties at any time or at the initiative of each of the Parties at any time.
              6.5. If for any reason one or more conditions of this User Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining conditions of the User Agreement.
              6.6. If Individual Entrepreneur Sokolova Kristina Grigorievna has made any changes to this User Agreement with which the Website User does not agree, the User must stop using the Website.
              6.7.         Messaging. For all questions related to the operation of the Website of Individual Entrepreneur Kristina Grigorievna Sokolova and the terms of the User Agreement, the User may contact the email address of Individual Entrepreneur Kristina Grigorievna Sokolova: ai-model@yandex.pro. Individual Entrepreneur Kristina Grigorievna Sokolova also has the right to send the User notifications, promotional mailings, and other information to their email, as push notifications, and using other contact details provided when filling out the feedback form on the Website.
